Clarifying Comments:

Analysis of student data shows that Kahuku Elementary had benefited from a 95% average daily attendance rate for the past 3 years. 90% of students participated in the Kids voting Hawaii program for SY 2003-2004. Initial implementation of the General Learners Outcomes report card began as the 2nd quarter mark for SY 2005-2005 and will be used as a system for reporting the GLOs for the first full year during SY 2005-2006. the Comprehensive Students Support System is in place and performing as a functional level. Evaluation of programs, interventions, and system of follow through, needs to be completed in order to improve the system and offer more focused supports.
