Clarifying Comments:

The analysis for the gap in actual and targeted performance conducted by members of the school community identified that mathematics curriculum is unique to each grade level and not consistently aligned to the Hawaii Content and Performance Standards. Assessment practices did not provide a system of tracking student progress on a school wide basis and did not provide frequent or clear feedback to students or parents regarding student progress in meeting the standards.
